Job Description

  • Manage order cycle on system end to end to ensure proper executions.
  • Always working on delivering customer orders on time.
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Receive calls from clients and different stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Handle all operations with project manager and sales team.
  • Handle administration work of orders such as invoices, site reports, .etc.
  • Deliver feedback received from customer's and discuss with the concerned parties inside the organization.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's in degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Highly organized with a strong ability to manage different priorities.
  • Strong customer relation skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work with others and use resources to problem solve.
