Job Description

  • Act as the first point of contact for the Facility Management (FM) department, liaising with internal and external customers/suppliers.
  • Manage and order supplies to guarantee their availability and ensure the smooth functioning of operations.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints with effective communication, problem-solving, and listening skills.
  • Conduct daily checks to ensure that the premises are in good condition, report defects, and escalate issues to the Facility Supervisor for further action.
  • Support in maintaining service standards across various services, including maintenance, security, and HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment).
  • Monitor and recommend actions to maintain the integrity of the building.
  • Assist in enforcing health and safety policies and ensuring a safe working environment.
     

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 1-3 years of experience in facility management or a related field.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts (24/7).
  • Proficient in English is must.
  • Experience in facility services and working with contractors and suppliers.
  • Strong communication, customer care, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure with strong organizational proficiency.
  • Attention to detail and adherence to department procedures.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.
