Job Description
- Act as the first point of contact for the Facility Management (FM) department, liaising with internal and external customers/suppliers.
- Manage and order supplies to guarantee their availability and ensure the smooth functioning of operations.
- Handle customer queries and complaints with effective communication, problem-solving, and listening skills.
- Conduct daily checks to ensure that the premises are in good condition, report defects, and escalate issues to the Facility Supervisor for further action.
- Support in maintaining service standards across various services, including maintenance, security, and HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment).
- Monitor and recommend actions to maintain the integrity of the building.
- Assist in enforcing health and safety policies and ensuring a safe working environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 1-3 years of experience in facility management or a related field.
- Ability to work rotating shifts (24/7).
- Proficient in English is must.
- Experience in facility services and working with contractors and suppliers.
- Strong communication, customer care, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure with strong organizational proficiency.
- Attention to detail and adherence to department procedures.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
