Job Description
- Acts as a central point of contact for site representatives and landlords in all business matters at their locations
- Develops location concepts, presents them to the steering committees for approval and is responsible for their implementation after approval
- Prepares a selection of suitable properties or landlords according to the requirements of the business and prepares lease agreements in cooperation with corporate real estate management and the legal department and obtains signatures
- Manages lease agreements regarding business matters
- Creates and/or maintains documentation and data from all locations in the country in collaboration with FM Team
- Supports and drives the development of property management processes and KPIs
- Checks and controls operating costs, prepares cost planning/budget in cooperation with controlling
- Participates in subject specific projects and audits
- Coordinates move-ins and relocations to new office space, including required services
- Governors for the implementation of one FM standard in all plants
- Reviews and approves the technical specs for the construction projects of new plants
- Follows up the construction activities during implementation till the delivery of the plant to production
Job Requirements
Bachelors of Engineering
Min 3- 5 Years experience in Facility Management
Fluency of English Language
Good user of Microsoft Office
Minimum 3 years of experience at leadership and project experience
