Job Duties:

- Schedule content for various social media platforms
- Oversee and manage online communities for clients on various social media platforms and forums
- Act as the voice of the brand, engaging with community members and fostering a positive online environment 
- Respond promptly to inquiries, comments, and concerns while maintaining the brand's tone and voice
- Gather and analyze community feedback to provide insights that contribute to product/service improvements and marketing strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on community engagement metrics, highlighting successes and areas for improvement


Technical Skills:

- Knowledge of community analytics tools to track engagement metrics, sentiment analysis, and other relevant KPIs.
- Knowledge of online survey tools for gathering feedback and conducting community polls
- Proficiency in managing and navigating various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.

- On top of all social media trends

- Well-informed about various industry influencers and key players


Personal Skills:
- Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic digital marketing environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing client demands, industry trends, and project requirements in a dynamic digital marketing environment.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with diverse online audiences. 
- Empathetic understanding of community members' perspectives, needs, and concerns. 
- Ability to adapt to evolving trends in social media and community management.
- Quick problem-solving skills to address issues and conflicts within the online community

- Comfortable using various social media management tools and staying updated on new platforms and features.

Language Skills: Arabic & English
