Job Description
- Assist in preparing and updating the Production Schedule based on sales orders and stock levels.
- Coordinate with the production and warehouse teams to ensure the timely availability of materials.
- Follow up on work orders and report any delays or issues to the Planning Section Head.
- Support in analyzing capacity, materials, and delivery timelines to align with customer requirements.
- Help monitor daily planning activities, ensuring accurate data entry and schedule tracking.
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports on production performance and delivery metrics.
- Participate in regular planning meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiative
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in production planning or a related role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes; familiarity with cable manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and planning tools (e.g., ERP systems) is preferred.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
