Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Automation Expert who knows well the top automation tools for automating marketing operations to join our team and drive efficiency in our marketing processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automating marketing operations, managing CRM systems, email marketing tools, lead generation platforms, and reporting best practices. They will also oversee & use tools like automated business card scanners and contact management systems to streamline workflows and optimize campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Automating Marketing Operations:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of marketing automation tools and systems.
- Ensure seamless integration of automation tools with CRM, email platforms, and lead generation systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automation workflows and processes.
Email Campaigns and Engagement:
- Develop, execute, and optimize email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or ActiveCampaign, or others.
- Implement A/B testing to improve email campaign performance and engagement.
CRM and Contact Management:
- Maintain and update CRM databases (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Monitor customer interactions and segment data to improve targeted marketing efforts.
Lead Generation Support:
- Utilize lead generation tools (e.g., Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to capture, track, and manage leads.
- Implement and manage auto business card scanning tools (e.g., CamCard, ABBYY) to streamline contact information entry.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Generate detailed performance reports for automation tools, email campaigns, and lead generation efforts.
- Use analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) to track ROI and identify areas for improvement.
Process Optimization and Strategy:
- Identify areas for improvement in existing workflows and recommend automation solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing and automation trends to implement new tools and strategies.
Job Requirements
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Min of 6 years in marketing automation, CRM management, or a related role.
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and email automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Marketo).
- Knowledge of lead generation platforms and tools (e.g., Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Familiarity with auto business card scanning tools (e.g., CamCard, ABBYY).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools like Google Analytics or Tableau.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and optimizing automation workflows.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
