Job Description
- Lead and supervise the technical office team (engineers, draftsmen, QS).
- Review project specifications, drawings, and contracts to identify technical requirements.
- Coordinate between design, procurement, and site execution teams.
- Review and approve shop drawings, as-built drawings, and material submittals.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Maintain updated project documentation and technical records.
- Review BOQs, cost estimates, and variations/claims.
- Monitor material take-offs and ensure cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with QS team for progress billing and claims preparation.
- Provide technical solutions to design/site issues.
- Coordinate with consultants/clients to obtain approvals.
- Ensure timely submission of technical deliverables.
- Manage and develop technical office engineers.
- Distribute tasks and monitor team performance.
- Conduct regular progress meetings and reports.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in architectural
Minimum 8 years of experience in construction, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong background in invoices, claims, cost estimation, pricing, and variations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
