Job Description
- Oversee and manage all finishing activities on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of finishing works.
- Inspect and approve materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
- Develop and implement schedules for finishing activities, monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed.
- Resolve technical issues related to finishing works, providing expert guidance to site teams.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and solutions.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations during all finishing operations.
- Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications for finishing works.
- Manage procurement and inventory of finishing materials, ensuring timely availability and optimal usage.
- Conduct final inspections and handovers, ensuring all finishing works meet client expectations and contractual requirements.
Job Requirements
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in finishing engineering .
● Bachelor Degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering.
● Solid experience in Luxury Hotels, Malls or Residential Projects.
● Proven track record in managing finishing works for large-scale construction projects.
● Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and industry standards.
● Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications.
● Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
● Proficiency in project management and construction software tools.
● Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
