Job Description
We are a remote-first software company based in UAE, Egypt and Saudi Arabia. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Product Owner to lead the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, working closely with development and QA teams to ensure clear priorities, structured delivery, and excellent product outcomes.
Job Requirements
** Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements
- Own the product backlog: prioritize features, bugs, and improvements
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and designers to deliver on sprint goals
- Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation
- Coordinate sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives
- Monitor delivery progress, identify blockers, and ensure team alignment
- Communicate regularly with internal teams and stakeholders on progress and updates
- Ensure product quality and usability through thoughtful testing and feedback integration
** Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in a tech company
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience writing user stories, managing backlog, and working in sprints
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work with remote development teams and manage priorities across time zones
- Fluent in English — verbal and written
** Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with tools like Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Notion, or similar
- Prior experience in a service company or fast-paced tech environment
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously
