Job Description
The main role is assistant to CEO personal assistant.
- Ensuring clear communication pertaining to service terms and conditions of the hospital, allocating time to patients and managing doctors' appointments & schedules through Hospital Information System.
- Handling any questions and concerns.
- Familiarity with Medical Insurance policies.
- Admitting and discharging of patient, to generate daily tasking report and deposit cash and credit care taking to the finance department at the end each shift.
- Maintain the standards of service as specified in the standard operating procedure.
- Communicate with patients via phone and what's app as a call center
- Cash is collected and remitted.
- Handel the communication system (telephone, switchboard) .coordinate with Patient for health check-up facilities.
- Patient are welcomed and received according to company procedure.
- Fix appointments for patients and keep records of patients’ treatments.
- Patient needs and conditions are considered during fixing the appointments.
- Patients scheduled according to doctor availability .
- Pending cases reviewed and followed up on a daily basis
