Etisalat UAE is now hiring Fluent English speakers to work as Customer Service Advisors for Prestige Account (Elite) with a chance to travel to UAE after 6 months depending on your performance
Job description:
Handling elite customers ( Mobile services + Home services )
Job benefits:
- Net salary 9500 EGP/Month (8000 net basic, 1500 KPI’s)
- 15% COLA after 3 Months from the hiring date.
- Social and Medical insurance
- Free VPN line
- Fully paid training 8000k
- NBA (90 EGP for each transaction)
- Referral program bonus that will give you 600LE per accepted candidate
Working conditions:
8 working hours, 1 hour break (Rotational Shifts) - till 10 pm for females.
5 working days, 2 days off (Rotational)
Job requirements:
- Graduates
- Fluent English is a must (B2)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Minimum 6 months Experience in Call center
Location: Maadi (Transportation NOT provided)
