Job Description
- To fully support the operations Manager in project execution with all the tasks of the projects.
- Coordination and tracking execution of the actions by parties involved.
- Support in having the documents developed and done, and share with the Client accordingly.
- Liaise with all the parties of the company involved in project execution and address/escalate the issues, if any.
- Track projects personnel times worked and report to operations Manager.
- Allocate cost codes and Track hours.
- Keep Project team informed of expenditures/budgets.
- Prepare and submit financial reports as and when agreed upon.
- Prepare and coordinate meeting and issue associated minutes as required.
- Liaise and support with onshore and offshore operation team on a day-to-day basis.
- Ensure safe operations while minimizing our impact on the environment by means of complying with occupational QHSE standards.
- Ensure that all interfaces with relevant parties including partners, subcontractor, suppliers, client, 3rd parties are correctly managed.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
