Job Description

  • Supervises the follow-up of attendance and departure of employees, as well as vacations and the impact of this on the salaries of employees, preparing a salary report, reviewing monthly incentives, and dealing with the Insurance Office and the Labor Office 
  • Follows up the movement of daily attendance and departure of employees and the subsequent influences and follows up the balances of vacations for employees (daily).
  • Follows up the implementation of the procedures of missions, transfer and assignment within the sites, prepares reports and implements the termination of the work of workers at the sites and the subsequent procedures. Prepares termination reports 
  • Follows up the editing of social and health insurance forms and their delivery to the competent authorities
  • Follows up the registration of data for new employees, recording them on the program, and preparing files for employees
  • Reviews and prepares the salaries of all employees of the company and the monthly effects of workers within the company (bonuses - insurances - health care subscriptions - bonuses - allowances - annual increases
  • Follows up sending letters of salary transfer for the company, farms and branches and sending them to banks and sites.

Job Requirements

  • Proven successful experience as a personnel Manager.

    ● BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field
