Job Description
- Develop precise shop drawings and as-built documentation for:
- Wet pipe sprinkler systems
- Dry pipe sprinkler systems
- Foam suppression systems
- CO₂ extinguishing systems
- FM200 clean agent systems
- Prepare technical installation details and coordinated layouts shop drawings based on architectural and electro-mechanical plans.
- Ensure drawings meet local authority regulations, NFPA codes, and project-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with design engineers and site teams to resolve technical coordination.
- Maintain drawing logs and version control for all project documentation.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any other related field.
- 2–5 years of drafting experience in firefighting systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting tools.
- Familiarity with NFPA standards, FM Global guidelines, and local fire safety codes.
- Strong understanding of fire protection system components and installation practices.
✅ Preferred Skills:
- Experience in MEP coordination and layout optimization.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and BOQs.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Bilingual proficiency (Arabic & English) is a plus.
