About the Role ????????
We are an Egyptian corporate seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our team remotely. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and facilitating the hiring of talent within the Food & Beverage and Restaurant industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Source and attract candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals).
2. Screen resumes
3. conduct initial interviews
4. evaluate candidates.
5. Coordinate with the hiring team to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
6. Deliver qualified candidates efficiently and within timelines.
Requirements
7. Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage and Restaurant industry hiring needs.
8. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
9. Must be Indian and Muslim.
10. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
