Job Description
- Handle all incoming/outgoing calls of the call center.
- Provide follow up, occasional campaigns and call backs blended with normal inbound calls.
- Provide best possible service to both external and internal customers to achieve highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
- Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties and other account items
Job Requirements
- Must have experience at least 6 months in telecommunication company as a customer care or call center international calls
- Graduates only can apply
- Excellent English is preferred.
- Females only.
- Very Good communication skills and negotiations skills
- Working hours from 10am to 6pm fixed hours
- Flexible and good listener.
