Job Description
- Maintain and submit reports on performance activities of seasonal workers.
- Cascade instructions to workers.
- Follow up on workshop technicians clocking.
- Review repair quality and diagnosis process.
- On-job training for workshop staff.
- Develop plan for workshop layout.
- Manage workshop tools and equipment.
- Perform all job duties in a safe manner using the proper PPE and be a proactive safety role model with co-workers.
- Correct and report unsafe behaviors or equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensure cleanliness within the work environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors' Degree in Engineering (Mechanical-Automotive).
- Experienced in the automotive field preferred commercial vehicles from at least 2 year.
- strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry.
- Experience in fault tracing & wiring repairs.
- Can use diagnostic tools in fault tracing & troubleshooting
- Very Good in English language.
