Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full-Time Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor the company's comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility, boost marketing campaigns, and drive sales growth.
- Create and curate compelling content on a monthly basis across various social media platforms, with a specific focus on TikTok, to cultivate and expand our online audience while ensuring high customer engagement.
- Facilitate seamless collaboration between the social media team and the designers, ensuring the timely delivery of visually appealing and engaging content.
- Generate innovative ideas for both long- and short-form social media messages that attract new users, foster engagement among existing users, and provide valuable feedback for ongoing improvements.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints on all social media platforms, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive brand image.
- Develop monthly reports that comprehensively analyze the overall performance of our social media platforms and customer service, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
- Monitor emerging social media trends and technologies, identifying opportunities to implement innovative strategies that elevate our brand presence.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and adjust our social media strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated on relevant industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize the impact of our social media efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer support, and product development, to gather insights and incorporate them into social media strategies.
- Continuously monitor and analyze social media metrics, providing actionable recommendations to optimize performance and achieve KPIs.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- BSc degree in Marketing or a relevant field
- Proven expertise in utilizing various social media management tools and platforms effectively.
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as a social media specialist, demonstrating a strong track record of managing successful social media campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market.
- Fluency in the Saudi Arabian accent is essential for effectively communicating with our target audience.
- Hands-on experience in content management
