Job Description
- Assist clients in finding suitable properties based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and competitors.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth property transactions.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in real estate sales / property consultancy is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and current trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is a plus.
