Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in real estate, business, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 month to 3 years of experience in real estate sales, property advisory, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and real estate CRM software.
Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close sales.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a passion for real estate.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required.
