Job Description
- Organize daily production activities and resolve any technical problems.
- Analyze production line processes to minimize waste and balance standard times to maximize productivity.
- Create and modify process sheets for production processes.
- Research the best available techniques to improve manpower efficiency, equipment, and tools, optimizing the manufacturing of products.
- Create and coordinate the implementation of manufacturing processes using lean manufacturing principles.
- Analyze, develop, and recommend design approaches necessary to meet production requirements while adhering to quality procedures.
- Supervise production lines and prepare daily and weekly production and man-hour reports.
- Conduct weekly and monthly preventive maintenance checks and follow-ups for automated production equipment and machines to avoid unscheduled stoppages.
- Write periodic reports on the performance of factory equipment, suggesting modifications, and developing techniques in coordination with the maintenance department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in the technical department of home appliance factories.
- Ability to set and balance production line processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills for production issues.
- Good command of English.
