Job Description
- Manage sales team to achieve revenue goals.
- Direct the sales team in the direct and indirect sales.
- Work with the sales team to implement new sales techniques to achieve profit.
- Identify, qualify, new customer sales opportunities to generate sales revenues that meet & exceed assigned goals.
- Plan, and develop new sales strategies.
- Updating management on the status of all prospects.
- Selling full portfolio of projects & searching for new clients.
- Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads & prospect.
- Representing the organization at exhibitions, and events.
Job Requirements
- Experience Needed: 15+ years.
- Real Estate experience is a must.
- Experience in developers is a must.
- Previous experience as a manager and director.
- To have experience in Red Sea projects.
- To be able to locate in Sahl Hashish, Hurghada.
- Excellent command of English.
- Experience in both direct & indirect sales management.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Excellent Leadership skills.
