Job Description

Evolvice GmbH is a German software services provider with development hubs in Egypt (Cairo) and Ukraine (Kyiv, Uzhhorod) and well-known companies such as Robert Bosch GmbH, Porsche AG, the WTS tax consulting AG, etc. as customers. Currently we are searching for an HR specialist to join the team and handle daily administrative tasks in order to make contribution to the company’s growth. We are looking for an active, responsive and devoted person who is always ready to learn and develop professionally.

Responsibilities:
– Implementing and supporting HR processes, developing corporate culture, aims and values;
– Cooperating closely with employees and management regarding projects and policies;
– Supporting employees’ engagement and motivations;
– Organizing corporate events and all internal activities;
– Supporting new employees’ adaptation, assessment, career development, salary review, etc
– Organize internal employees’ rotation;
– Collecting and analyzing HR metrics.

Job Requirements

– 3 to 5 years of Human Resources experience in IT company;

– Deep knowledge and understanding in employee relations/learning and development; 

– In-depth knowledge of IT industry;

– Previous experience with distributed teams, outsource/outstaff employment;
– Ability to handle multiple projects and keep deadlines;
– Outstanding personality: patient, helpful, stress resistant with a sense of humor;
– Good command of English (Upper intermediate+).
