Job Description
- Respond to customer-submitted inquiries in a timely manner via Calls, Emails & chats
- Queue-based, typing work will account for approximately 90% of the role.
- Training, 1:1s/ team meetings, reviewing guides/resources will account for about 10% of the time.
- Troubleshoot and guide customers through questions and issues with their Account, Billing, Domains, Google Workspace and other inquiries
- Independently meet targets across Quality, Productivity and Customer Satisfaction, in any channel.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree.
- Very Good English Speaker
- Excellent language skills, especially written, in the German language
- Customer-facing experience required in a similar role (online support preferred, retail, hospitality, etc.)
- Foreigners with work permits are welcomed to apply
