Job Description
- Ensure accurate scheduling of materials to be moved to and from the warehouse; coordinating inventory transfers with related departments.
- Maintain storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.
- Supervise inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, stock and audits to verify results.
- Plan and coordinate warehouse stock keeping and labor activities.
- Continuously ensure that schedules and deadlines are adhered to.
- Communicate and implement strategies as directed.
- Motivate and lead warehouse staff to effectively carry out assigned tasks.
- Perform a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
- Ensure maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or relevant fields;
- Minimum from 3 to 5 years of experience in warehousing/supply chain
- Successful, multi-year track record in Supply Chain functions in global organization
- Familiarity with SAP tool is highly recommended
- The ability to communicate with confidence and build respect
- Advanced computer skills
- Must be able to multitask and meet multiple deadlines
- Good interpersonal & leadership skills
- Superior communication/ interpersonal skills
