Job Description
1. Project Planning & Coordination:
• Assist in the planning and execution of civil engineering projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project progress.
2. Site Supervision:
• Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Conduct routine inspections and provide guidance to ensure compliance with project timelines.
3. Design & Documentation:
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Provide technical input and suggest modifications to optimize project outcomes.
4. Reporting:
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports for the project manager.
• Identify and communicate potential risks or issues to management.
5. Compliance & Safety:
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and company policies.
• Promote a safe and healthy working environment on-site.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of [X] years of experience in civil engineering or construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and project management principles.
