Job Description
- Setting / managing all Sales, CRM & collection policies / procedures over all the country.
- Liaise with the top management to develop and deliver new business opportunities.
- Manage setting Sales, CRM & collection plans & targets for projects on a regional scale.
- Setting / manage objectives , targets and KPIs for Sales & CRM teams upon (selling volume , profit margin , collections volume)
- Monitor / ensure the Sales, CRM & collection workflow in compliance with the Company vision, objectives & system, starting from the beginning of request to orders accomplishment.
- Manage & follow up Sales, CRM & collection teams, ensure their abidance with company policy and achieving targets.
- Manage & ensure the updating of customer requests on the dashboard system.
- Ensure & follow up the execution of orders on time & manage the major disputes.
- Manage building strong relationships with customers, meeting them, finalize deals & handling any disputes.
- Assign tasks to business development / account managers upon business need.
- Setting & managing the collection plan / target for the collection team.
- Evaluate the targets achievement & KPIs for teams on a weekly basis.
- Generate reports with all the status of sales volume to the top management on a daily, weekly & monthly basis.
- Make external visits to customers if needed.
- Support In any other tasks according to business needs.
Finance:
- Review & approve department costs & manage budget.
- Manage CRM , sales , collection activity to optimize revenue earning capability and profitability
- Prepare appropriate information for the formulation and development of the new projects
- Provide scheduled and ad-hoc reports detailing the performance activity of the CRM & sales activities.
- Manage the annual department budget, ensuring the optimum allocation and utilization of resources within the budgetary framework.
Human Resources:
- Ensure all employees are developed, properly trained and effectively managed, including performance management issues.
- Undertake the effective recruitment and selection of department personnel in accordance with recruitment policies and procedures.
- Team as necessary in the management of all employee issues.
- Manage setting the team hiring & training needs for Sales, CRM & collection departments.
- Interviewing new candidates upon the hiring needs for the department.
Generate Q reports for targets achieved & KPIs of teams to GM & HR to calculate commission.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as commercial director or other relevant role
- Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients
- In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
- Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- BSc/BA in business administration, finance or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
