Al Massat is looking to recruit a "Business Manager" for their API and pharma chemicals Sales Dept in New Cairo - Egypt. The candidate preferably be a Chemist or Pharmacist, with a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in sales of pharma raw materials. Also, a background experience in R&D or QC Labs in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company will be a plus.
- Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Trade and sales of Raw materials,lab equipment, Packing materials and fine chemicals to Pharma industry.
- Develop customer base and monitor customer satisfaction through regular visits.
- Gather competitive pricing data and provide feedback to the business director.
- Overseeing the ordering of all supplies needed
Job Requirements
Candidates MUST have the following:
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Chemist, or Health Sciences background.
- 6-8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry field with commercial and trading knowledge
- Team player
- Presentable and ready to work under pressure
- Computer literacy
- Excellent command of both Arabic and English, written and spoken
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Knowledge of ISO system 9001 is a plus
- Can work autonomous and under pressure
- Team player
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
- Driving license with the ability to travel to multiple cities withing Egypt.
