Job Description
- Oversee and manage all administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations of the office.
- Maintain filing systems, manage office supplies, and handle correspondence and documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for various administrative and office needs.
- Manage and coordinate the schedules and assignments of company drivers to ensure timely and efficient task completion.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role. (Fresh Grads welcome to apply).
- Presentable with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in both English and Arabic.
- Ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and visitors, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with different teams.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
