Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations of the office.
  • Maintain filing systems, manage office supplies, and handle correspondence and documentation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for various administrative and office needs.
  • Manage and coordinate the schedules and assignments of company drivers to ensure timely and efficient task completion.
  • Ensure the reception area is well-organized, providing a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and callers.
  • Oversee operational activities, ensuring they align with company standards and procedures.
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, providing efficient administrative support to various departments as required.
  • Support HR and management with organizing meetings, events, and coordinating staff-related tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role. (Fresh Grads welcome to apply).
  • Presentable with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in both English and Arabic.
  • Ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and visitors, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with different teams.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
