•Design mechanical work for some projects.

•Handle all mechanical work.

•Monitor and control mechanical work on sites.

•Review designs which are issued by consultants.

•Preparing tender Mechanical documents for each Project 

•Analyzing problems and coming up with designs to solve them.

•Provide a practical training for the new hires 

•Networking and collaborating with other engineers and professionals in F.M. team.

•Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

•Communicating with external consultants and designers.

•Monitor the implementation of the project work in all stages.

•Participate in the handing of the project site to the contractor.

•Provide reports on the progress of work on site.

•Provide and record the quantities executed at the site on quantities book.

•Review and validate the contractor’s invoices.

•Participate in the committee of both initial and final project handover.

•Monitoring the budget to deliver safe and efficient systems on time.

•Attending meetings and providing input and updates.
