Job Description:
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly field quality analysis & monitoring &Reporting
- SVC Center Visiting (ASC&DSC)
- Field Claim / VOC Control
- Daily Field Monitoring for New Model
- SVC Cost Monitoring
- Field worst defect follow up
- Improvement actions meeting coordination for field issues
- Field Cost Rate Analysis & Improvement
- Customer claim handling.
- SVC defective part analysis.
- Reflection for Field quality issues on production line.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Electrical or Electronics engineering.
- 0-2 years experience (Quality Control/Assurance is preferred)
- Very good English skills spoken and written.
- Very good in computer skills and software usage.
- Good analysis and reporting skills.
- Continuous learning and development interest.
