Job Description
- Managing and leading the project team.
- Fully understand project goals and objectives and align the project team to that.
- Manage Customer Expectations within the project scope.
- The managing project Recruitment process for staff and consultants.
- Managing the coordination of the partners and working groups engaged in project work.
- Consulting in near to precise estimation for RFP, projects, and defining deadlines.
- Detailed project planning and control including:
- Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan. That covers (Scope, Communication, Quality, Schedule, and risks, Human Resources, Procurement, and Budget).
- Building Project Milestones based on payment terms.
- Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan.
- Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary.
- Managing Project Risks and stakeholder communication as a communication plan
- Resolving cross-functional issues at the project level.
- Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary.
- Monitoring project progress and performance.
- Providing status reports to the project sponsor.
- Managing project training within the defined budget.
- Liaises with, and updates progress to, project board/senior management.
- Managing project evaluation and dissemination activities.
- Managing consultancy input within the defined budget.
- Final approval of the design specification.
- Ability to build business requirements documents when needed
- Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs.
- Work as a final quality funnel for software and all deliverables after testing team before customer UAT.
- Definition and management of the User Acceptance Testing program.
- Identifying user training needs and devising and managing user training programs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or MIS or Equivalent.
- 3 to 5 Years Experience.
- Prefer experience in Food Management Industrial
- Prefer experience in ERP systems implementation
- Male preferred
- PMP certificate is a plus.
- Had hands-on Variety of software development methodologies mainly focused (at least on 2-3) on MS Share Point, .Net, MS CRM, Native mobile development (android and iO2), EMC Documentum, and Captiva projects.
- Professional knowledge in collecting and building business requirements
- Strong knowledge and hands-on building different project documentation such as SRS, user manual, training guide, etc.
- Strong Project management and people management skills.
- Worked on tenders for mission projects.
- Technical and functional experience with current company projects.
- Good command of English either spoken or written.
- Strong presentation skills
- Handled at least 3 major implementation projects.
- The approach in monitoring and scheduling project plans.
- Innovative & research management skills.
- Proficient in MS Project.
- Demonstrated communication effectiveness, and good project management discipline.
- Ability to foster trusting relationships with colleagues and clients.
