Job Description
Manage monthly payroll processing, including salaries, overtime, bonuses, commissions, incentives, deductions, and final settlements.
Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance, and Income Tax regulations.
Maintain accurate employee payroll data and coordinate with HR/HRIS on employee changes.
Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and payroll-related journal entries.
Handle employee payroll inquiries and resolve payroll discrepancies.
Coordinate with banks regarding salary transfer files and payment issues.
Support payroll audits and required statutory submissions
Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, controls, and reporting.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in end-to-end payroll, preferably in a multinational or large organization.
Strong knowledge of Egyptian payroll, social insurance, and income tax regulations.
Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data analysis.
Experience with SAP.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Payroll certification is a plus.
