Job Description
We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing, hiring, and onboarding, the ideal candidate will have experience in IT field
Create and publish job advertisements across different platforms
Screen CVs and conduct phone interviews
Coordinate interviews
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Prepare recruitment reports and maintain hiring trackers
Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
Job Requirements
Must have experience in IT filed (recruitment technology and software hiring)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding.
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
