Job Description
HR ADEECO is hiring Remote Human Resources / Recruitment Specialists to join our international recruitment team.
The primary focus of this role is conducting structured online interviews, evaluating candidates, and documenting interview results accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct professional remote interviews with job candidates.
Assess candidates’ English level, communication skills, soft skills, and overall suitability.
Review candidate CVs and profiles before each interview.
Complete structured interview evaluations and notes immediately after every interview.
Update candidate status and recruitment records accurately.
Coordinate interview schedules and candidate follow-ups.
Maintain a professional and positive candidate experience.
Work with the recruitment team to achieve daily interview and hiring targets.
Follow standardized interview questions and evaluation criteria.
Participate in a high-volume international recruitment operation.
Work Arrangement: Fully Remote
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary Range: Approximately EGP 15,000–25,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
0–2 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Customer Service, or a related field.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
Very good to excellent English communication skills.
Strong interviewing, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to evaluate candidates objectively using structured criteria.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Comfortable conducting multiple interviews during the working day.
Attention to detail and ability to complete accurate interview evaluations.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Laptop or desktop computer.
Stable high-speed internet connection.
Headset and quiet professional workspace.
Comfortable using online meeting tools and recruitment systems.
