Job Description
- Provide first and second-level support for software applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues
- Monitor application performance and system alerts
- Document support procedures and issue resolutions
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in application support
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with SQL and database management
- Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Knowledge of scripting languages is a plus
