Job Description
- Conduct regular visits to suppliers and perform comprehensive Supplier Audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Prepare and communicate monthly supplier performance reports to suppliers and relevant GB departments/business units, and request corrective action plans when necessary.
- Guide and support suppliers in the use of corrective action processes, quality tools, and techniques to drive continuous improvement.
- Investigate and analyze external quality issues related to purchased parts from local suppliers and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on Supplier Quality Assurance activities on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supplier quality assurance, supplier auditing, or a related role in manufacturing or automotive sectors.
- Experience working with local suppliers and managing supplier quality improvement programs.
