  • Excellence Pharm is an international pharmaceutical company.
  • Role Description
  • This is a full-time on-site role for a female Customer Service Representative located in (5th Settlement, New Cairo) - Cairo.
  • The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day tasks including managing customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and improving the overall customer experience.
  • The representative will also assist in resolving customer issues and maintaining a positive relationship with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports on customer feedback and recurring challenges to enhance service quality.
  • Process orders through the shipping company and ensure proper packaging.
  • Continuously monitor orders with the shipping company.

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Customer service, support, and satisfaction skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team or independently.
