- This is a full-time on-site role for a female Customer Service Representative located in (5th Settlement, New Cairo) - Cairo.
- The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day tasks including managing customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and improving the overall customer experience.
- The representative will also assist in resolving customer issues and maintaining a positive relationship with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports on customer feedback and recurring challenges to enhance service quality.
- Process orders through the shipping company and ensure proper packaging.
- Continuously monitor orders with the shipping company.
