Conceptualize and develop architectural designs that reflect client needs,
project goals, and design trends while adhering to local building codes and
regulations.
• Develop conceptual architectural designs into detailed construction drawings
and specifications.
• Provides technical guidance to architectural designers/drafters working on the
same project.
• Review and assess the feasibility of design concepts regarding construction
methods, materials, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with the design director, designers, and other team members to ensure
alignment with project requirements and goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including architects, engineers, and drafters, to
integrate architectural designs with other disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards in the
KSA/ UAE.
• Stay updated on any changes in the regulatory environment and incorporate
them into the design process.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design changes,
communications, and technical specifications.
• Prepare and present detailed design documentation for client review.
• Collaborate with construction teams to resolve technical challenges that may
arise during construction.
• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be
appropriate.
