Job Description

  • Coordinate with all departments to facilitate work procedures.
  • In charge of Filling procedures for soft/ hard copies.
  • Receive Phone calls and respond accordingly.
  • Organizing appointments for internal & External meetings .
  • Organization of administration and archiving of files, documents and records.
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.

Job Requirements

  • Females Only .
  • Previous Experience in construction field as a Secretary is must .
  • Excellant in Word , Excell & Power Point .
  • Quick learner and fast in writing.
  • V.Good at preparing reports, organizing appointments and attending meetings
