Job Description
- Responsible for all IT related activities on-site that related to End users.
- Infrastructure troubleshooting, solving all problems and raised issues.
- Responsible Maintenance, Troubleshooting of Desktop Pc’s & Laptops, servers HP and dell repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
- Responsible Escalate to vendor and follow up for open cases till being resolved.
- Responsible for Data center support RACK servers, cabling, PDUs, UPS and provide support for different teams as needed.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues.
- Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.
- Prepare activity reports as needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or MIS.
- Males only,
- Max. age 32.
- 3 years of experience in a similar role at Least
- Alexandria resident.
- have systems support experience, preferably in a large production environment.
- CCNA
- team oriented, team player ability to communicate different teams.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
