Job Description

  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office, ensuring smooth operations
  • Maintain the condition of the office and arrange for necessary repairs
  • Manage office supplies inventory (stationery and equipment) and place orders as necessary
  • Record office expenditures and manage the budget
  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them - in person or over the phone - answering or referring inquiries, delivering messages, faxes, and letters
  • Maintain good communication with all staff members and all visitors to the site
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
  • Generally liaise with all third parties, like IT, internet providers, etc.
  • Assist with office layout planning and office moves
  • Identify opportunities for office management improvements, and implement new systems
  • Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or any field
  • 1-3 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Very Good in English
