Job Description

We are seeking an organized, professional, and proactive Administrative Assistant to support. This role will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that will assist in maintaining an efficient office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain office calendars, appointments, and meetings.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and organizing events.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
  • Perform data entry and maintain office files, both paper and digital.
  • Provide general administrative support to staff and management.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Excellent Computer Skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • A proactive attitude with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with basic office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.).
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role is preferred.
