Job Description
- Planning and defining the scope of engineering projects
- Developing detailed project plans, including resources, timeline, and budget
- Overseeing the coordination and execution of engineering projects
- Identifying project risks and developing risk mitigation strategies
- Managing project teams of engineers and technicians
- Liaising with stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and suppliers
- Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Reviewing and approving project designs and deliverables
- Preparing and presenting project updates and progress reports to stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with industry safety and quality standards
- Maintaining detailed project documentation and handling any project changes or issues that arise
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering project management.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional certification in project management (PMP) is preferred.
