Senior Site Engineer

As a Senior Site Engineer, you will hold a key position in overseeing the successful implementation and monitoring of all construction-related activities at the site. This role involves effective planning, resource allocation, leadership, and adherence to safety standards to ensure the timely and precise completion of projects.

Your responsibilities will encompass the following key areas:

Construction Implementation and Monitoring:

• Oversee and monitor the implementation of all construction-related works at the site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, methods, and safety rules.

Resource Planning and Assignment:

• Prepare and assign resources, including manpower, materials, and tools, required for construction works before execution.

Leadership and Execution:

• Lead site personnel to execute and complete projects on time, ensuring efficient coordination with electrical and mechanical groups.

Construction Planning and Coordination:

• Plan the execution of all construction-related works, coordinating activities with electrical and mechanical groups.

Interpretation of Drawings and Contract Documents:

• Interpret construction drawings, study contract documents, and applicable standards before execution, ensuring adherence to specifications.

Engineering and Technical Support:

• Manage and provide engineering and technical support to all civil/architecture workgroups at the site.

Goal Achievement and Support:

• Support the Site Manager in achieving goals and targets for the civil and architectural groups at the site.

Safety Oversight:

• Directly responsible for the safety of all civil and architectural groups' personnel, ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitary, and environmental standards.

Client and Consultant Meetings:

• Attend regular meetings with clients and consultants to provide updates on project progress.

Problem Resolution:

• Pre-resolve unexpected technical difficulties and other problems at the site that may arise at any time.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Submit daily site reports, inspection requests, estimates, and monitoring reports as required.
