Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, service-oriented Tennis and Padel Center Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our sports facility. The ideal candidate is passionate about racket sports, highly organized, and dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience. This role involves welcoming guests, managing bookings and schedules, and ensuring the facility is always clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services:
Greet and welcome all guests with a friendly, professional attitude
Handle check-ins, inquiries, and feedback efficiently
Provide information about services, memberships, and events
Ensure a high standard of customer service at all times
Facility & Operations Management:
Oversee daily operations of the tennis and padel courts
Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of all facilities.
Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance staff to uphold standards
Monitor equipment and order supplies or repairs when needed
Scheduling & Bookings:
Manage court reservations and lesson schedules using booking software
Coordinate availability with coaches and instructors
Handle cancellations, changes, and client communications promptly
Support in organizing tournaments, clinics, and special events
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments
Monitor inventory and order necessary supplies
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
Basic computer skills - scheduling and excel skills
Knowledge of tennis and/or padel is a plus
Arabic and English fluency
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably within a branch or retail environment.
