Export Logistics Executive

-  Coordinate and execute export shipments, including booking transportation, preparing shipping documents, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
-  Communicate with internal stakeholders such as production, sales, and customer service teams to gather shipment requirements, provide status updates, and address any issues or concerns related to export logistics.
-  Liaise with external service providers including freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and government agencies to facilitate smooth and timely movement of goods across borders.
-  Monitor and track the progress of export shipments, proactively identifying and resolving any issues or delays to minimize disruptions and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
-  Analyze transportation costs, lead times, and service levels to identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction in the export logistics operations.
-  Stay informed about changes in export regulations, trade agreements, and transportation trends, and update internal stakeholders accordingly to mitigate compliance risks and maximize operational efficiency.
-  Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at improving export logistics processes, systems, and performance metrics to enhance customer satisfaction and business results.
