Job Title: Sales Representative – Jewelry Store

Working Hours: 8-hour shifts (One day/week requires a double shift)
Compensation: Fixed salary + Commission upon meeting sales targets

Job Description:
We are looking for a well-presented, customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing jewelry brand. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for luxury products, and the ability to handle in-store operations efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Assist and engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Recommend and upsell jewelry pieces based on customer needs and preferences
• Manage in-store product entry and updates using our system
• Support daily sales operations and ensure the store is well-maintained
• Meet individual and store sales targets to qualify for commission
