Job Description
- Developing and implementing trade marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives and drive sales growth.
- Analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
- Collaborating with sales teams to create marketing plans.
- Implementing effective in-store marketing plan.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in the fragrance, personal care, or home care industry is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of trade marketing efforts.
