Job Description
- About The Role
We’re looking for a talented Product Designer to join our product development team and take ownership of the end-to-end design process for our FinTech mobile applications. This is a solo designer role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, collaborates closely with developers, and is passionate about creating clean, intuitive, and user-centered designs.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead the full design cycle from discovery to delivery for new product features.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and design specifications using Figma.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Iterate based on feedback, performance data, and evolving user needs.
- Contribute to and maintain our design system for consistent UI/UX across products.
- Translate complex FinTech concepts into simple and engaging mobile experiences.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design, preferably in mobile-first products
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end mobile application design work.
- Proven experience in Figma (including components, prototyping, and team libraries).
- Solid understanding of UX research methodologies (user interviews, surveys, A/B testing, etc.).
- Familiarity with iOS and Android design guidelines.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and communicate design rationale clearly.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and user-first thinking.
